Itinerary view modes

Choose what appears in the itinerary, print view, and PDF/email export. The mode you pick applies to all three.

Full

Everything: all activity types, booking numbers, notes, travelers, prices, ratings, photos, and attachment files. Trip description and comments are shown. Best for your own planning. (If someone shared the trip with you, booking numbers stay hidden even in Full.)

Limited

Flights, hotels, and cruises only — a logistics skeleton. Hides booking numbers, notes, travelers, prices, ratings, attachments, and trip comments (description still shows). Use for a clean day overview. Friend calendar-only trips are locked to this mode.

Shared

All activity types, but booking numbers and attachment files are hidden. Activity photos still show. Private activities (marked not to share) are also hidden. Good when sending a friend-safe copy without PNRs or documents.
